Construction of a rectangular plant, with two heights and a four-sided roof.
The façade that faces the street of the canton has an arcade in the lower body with four reduced arches that shelter the two access doors to the house, one of them in a pointed arch formed by large voussoirs.
A simple impost separates the two heights in this upper body, highlighting three flat windows and the shield of large dimensions with the weapons of the Villa.
This armero piece is known by the name of the "Hombrones" by the two soldiers who appear as tenants, which bears the following inscription "A GOOD DIE IS ONRA DE LA VIDA".
The façade is finished off with a molding on which a small eave rests.
The entire facade is made of ashlar stone.
